My family had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The proximity to Universal parks was fantastic, and our room was clean and well-maintained. This hotel truly offers an exciting stay with its sleek, modern amenities and excellent accessibility to Universal parks. The rooms are well-designed, but be cautious of noise from the ice machine. The dining options are decent, but some could be better in terms of variety and quality. While overall a fantastic experience, the extra charges for minor amenities can be a bit off-putting.
