My family had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The proximity to Universal parks was fantastic, and our room was clean and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. However, the breakfast selection left a bit to be desired, and the rooftop bar was hit or miss in terms of atmosphere due to the weather. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its value and amenities.
